Con diploma in data 14 giugno 1777 Vittorio Amedeo III, re di Sardegna, approvava la transazione avvenuta tra il Regio Fisco Patrimoniale di Sardegna e Nicolò, come erede de fu marchese Todde di S. Vittorio, sulla pretesa devoluzione ad esso Fisco del Contado della Minerva e dell'Uffizio dell'Insinuazione di Alghero, già posseduti da quest'ultimo, e concedeva allo stesso ed ai suoi figliuoli e successori il titolo di conte della Minerva, in ordine di primogenitura e con preferenza dei maschi alle femmine. Con altri due diplomi di pari data, concedeva allo stesso Nicolò, il titolo di cavaliere, trasmissibile ai discendenti legittimi e naturali, ai maschi da maschi e quello di Nobile, colla qualificazione di Don, trasmissibili ai discendenti legittimi e naturali d'ambo i sessi. Il titolo di conte della Minerva è passato alla famiglia Arcayne (de), alla quale fu riconosciuto dall'onor. Consulta Alrald. nel 1899. Spettano pertanto ai discendenti maschi di
