Antica famiglia decurionale di Crema, ricordata negli annali locali sino dal 1345, avente per capostipite Pasino, il cui figlio Bettino, nel 1519 entrò a far parte del Maggiore Consiglio della città di Crema. Con diploma 23 settembre 1710 di Francesco Farnese, duca di Parma, veniva concesso il titolo comitale per maschi ad Ettore Maraziti ed ai fratelli suoi. Antonio, Giuseppe e Cremasco Giuseppe. Figlio del predetto Ettore fu Giovanni Paolo, che fece parte del Maggior Consigli nel 1745 e fu padre di Antonio, pure membro del Consiglio predetto nel 1787, il quale unitamente al genitore, venne confermato nel titolo comitale dal Magistrato de' Procuratori sopra Feudi della Repubblica Veneta il 12 febbraio 1793 e con sovrana risoluzione 4 settembre 1818, il sopra ricordato Antonio, ottenne la conferma della nobiltà, mentre il figlio suo Vincenzo, con altra sovrana risoluzione del 22 agosto 1829, veniva confermato nel titolo comitale.
