Ancienne famille décurionale de Crema, mentionnée dans les annales locales depuis 1345, ayant comme ancêtre Pasino, dont le fils Bettino, en 1519, devint membre du Conseil Majeur de la ville de Crema. Avec le diplôme de Francesco Farnèse, duc de Parme, le 23 septembre 1710, le titre de comte pour les hommes fut accordé à Ettore Marazzi et ses frères. Antonio, Giuseppe et Giuseppe Cremasco. Fils du susmentionné Ettore était Giovanni Paolo, qui faisait partie du Maggior Consiglio en 1745 et était le père d'Antonio, également membre du Conseil susmentionné en 1787, qui, avec son parent, a été confirmé dans le titre de comte par le Magistrato de 'Procuratori au-dessus de Feudi della Repubblica Veneta le 12 février 1793 et avec une résolution souveraine du 4 septembre 1818, le susmentionné Antonio obtint la confirmation de la noblesse, tandis que son fils Vincenzo, avec une autre résolution souveraine du 22 août
