Famiglia oriunda da Torino, e le cui prime memorie ci ricordano un Francesco, che fu padre di Giovanni Antonio, e di Giuseppe primo aiutante di camera di S.M.: Giovanni Antonio, che fu primo aiutante di camera, guardagioie della Corona, governatore del Parco, tesoriere dei minuti piaceri, confidente di Vittorio Amedeo II di Savoia, consegnò l'arma il 9 agosto 1687. Dalle sue nozze con Francesca Maria Bonaudo nacquero Giuseppe, Pietro Ignazio e Filippo. Giuseppe fu aiutante di camera dei principi e principesse, del duca di Chablais, consigliere, segretario di Stato e emolumentatore della Gran Cancelleria. Filippo che fu canonico del duomo di Torino, fondò la Commenda Mauriziana di S.Giovanni di Dio chiamandovi a succedere il nipote Vittorio Amedeo. Pietro Ignazio continuò la linea, e dalle sue nozze con Teresa di Carlo Emanuele Platea, ebbe Vittorio Amedeo e Gaetano che fu decurione di Torino e aiutante di camera del duca di Chablais
