Originally from Soragna. The famous Riccio da Parma belongs to this family, one of the thirteen Italian fighters to challenge Barletta, by name Domenico, but appealed with the name of his father Riccio, who was a pupil in the art of war of the famous Colleoni and lastly a soldier of Ludovico Sforza, for which he gave his life in the battle of Taro. (Extinct in the 16th century).
