En la ciudad de Cádiz, moró una familia de este apellido, originaria de Italia, a la que perteneció Cristóbal M., natural de Cádiz, que casó con doña Margarita Siberanis, de igual naturaleza, y fueron padres de Pedro M. Siberanis, natural de Cádiz, que contrajo matrimonio con doña María Neria de Villavicencio y Estupiñán, de la misma naturaleza (hija de Bernabé de Villavicencio y de doña Beatriz Estupiñán, ambos de Cádiz). De esa unión nacieron: El Capitán José M. Villavicencio, que sigue; Cristóbal M. Villavicencio, natural de Cádiz y Caballero de la Orden de Calatrava, en la que ingresó el 3 de Octubre de 1639, y Esteban M. Villavicencio, natural de Cádiz y Caballero de la Orden de San Juan. El Capitán José M. Villavicencio nació en Cádiz y fué también Caballero de la Orden de Calatrava. Se unió en matrimonio con doña Gracia María de Huarte y de la Carrera, natural de Cádiz (hija del Capitán Juan de Huarte, natural de Pamplona y Regidor de Cádiz, y de doña Ana de la Carrera, natural de Cádiz). Procrearon a Francisco M. Huarte, natural de Cádiz y Caballero de la misma Orden de Calatrava, con fecha 5 de Febrero de 1667.
