Ancient and noble Italian family from the Veneto region, with main residence in the city of Feltre, known as Marsiai or Marsiaj, that has worldwide spread, over the centuries. The nobility of the family derives from a Pietro Antonio, who was ascribed, in 1666, to the noble Council of Feltre. Moreover, this family has always distinguished itself for the high level of its members, who have occupied important positions at home and elsewhere. Among these, without taking anything away from the value of the omitted, we remember: Giorgio and Bartolomeo, who contributed so much to the life and decorum of the city of Feltre; Bortolo, praetor, flourishing in 1850; Giuseppe, lawyer and prefect of Rovigo, flourishing in 1889.
