Marzani von Villa Lagarina von Steinhof. Kaiser Joseph II. Mit einem am 2. Februar 1769 in Wien verliehenen Diplom verlieh Giov den Adel von SRI * und Steinhof (Sasso). Battista und mit einem am 3. September 1790 in Monaco verliehenen Diplom zog der Regent Carlo Teodoro denselben Giov auf. Battista mit seinen legitimen Nachkommen beiderlei Geschlechts zur Würde des Grafen von SRI * und Neuhaus (Cà nova) und gewährte ihm die Verwendung des Wappens. * Heiliges Römisches Reich, Name, der vom wiederhergestellten Weströmischen Reich nach der feierlichen Krönung Karls des Großen in Rom offiziell angenommen wurde (800).

Inquartato: nel primo e quarto, d'azzurro, alla sirena rivoltata sorgente dal mare, al naturale, tenente con la mano destra la coda squamosa e con la sinistra una croce latina di nero; nel secondo e terzo, di rosso a tre stelle (6) d'oro, 2, 1; sul tutto uno scudetto sormontato da una corona d'oro con 9 punte e trinciato; a) d'argento a due dadi di nero, posti in banda; b) di rosso. Cimiero: A destra, l'aquila, di nero, coronata d'oro, con le ali aperte e gli artigli divaricati; nel centro, una colomba d'argento, sorante, con le zampe ed il becco di nero e tenente con lo stesso un ramoscello di olivo; a sinistra, un fascio di penne di rosso, di nero e d'azzurro.
