E prima della T., la quale scarseggia de' Consoli, e pure dal suddetto Autore vien posta tra le patrizie Romane lette da Bruto; E di questa fa senz'altro progenitore quel Tazio gran Capitano de' Sabini; ma questo probabilmente fu nome corrotto, come pare, che l'accenni il Sigonio in Tito Livio, che in vece di T. deva dire T. Azio, e che sia di quella medesima stirpe di Atis Toscano, come ciò si esplica nella famiglia Azzia.
