Fu di questa famiglia Bartolomeo, capitano, che per servizi resi in guerra fu nobilitato il 17 settembre 1629 unitamente ai fratelli Francesco e Apollonio. Quest'ultimo era medico della persona e della Camera di S.A. nel 1651, e lasciò versi latini. Ebbe Bartolomeo numerosa prole e con PP. del 5 giugno 1658, ottenne l'immunità di 12 figli. Il quintogenito Giovanni ebbe per figli l'avvocato Lorenzo, il cui figlio Alessandro, avendo acquistato il 10 dicembre 1726 porzioni di Fiano e Monastero ne fu investito col titolo signorile il 25 settembre 1734. Da lui nacque Diodato (deceduto 1756) che non lasciò discendenza. Il settimogenito Gabriele ebbe conferma di nobiltà il 30 luglio 1733. Chi continuò la discendenza fu Francesco Antonio (deceduto 1 ottobre 1720) che fu dottore di leggi, vicario di Cuneo (1685) e quindi prese gli ordini sacri. Da lui nacque Giuseppe Antonio (n. 10 luglio 1677, deceduto 19 febbraio 1774)
