Este ramo dos Cabrais provém de Sebastião Vaz de Soalhães que c. em terras de Panoyas com Violante Álvares Cabral, filha de Diogo Gonçalves Peixoto, 1º senhor de Penafiel, e mulher Beatriz Álvares Cabral, de Belmonte, e foram pais de João Cabral de Soalhães, procurador de número do Vimieiro, em Trás-os-Montes (c. de 4.10.1502) onde se recebeu com Maria Pires de Nóbrega. Seu filho Sebastião Cabral (1510-1572), juiz dos órfãos de Murça, em 1559, foi pai de Luís Cabral (1550-21.7.1632), juiz dos órfãos de Murça em 1572, casado com Jerónima-Catarina Nogales e ambos pais de Maria Cabral de Sequeira (1590-6.3.1624) que c. em Murça de Panoyas com Jorge de Novais Machado, filho de Álvaro de Novais Machado, 4º juiz dos órfãos de Vila Pouca de Aguiar (c. de 23.11.1578). Seu filho António Cabral de Sequeira, sargento-mór de Murça e meirinho de Vila Pouca de Aguiar (alv. de 24.1.1641 e c. de 27.2.1657), c. com sua prima direita Mónica Teixeira de Magalhães, dos da casa da Calçada, em Vila Real, e foram pais do capitão Silvestre Cabral, casado com Feliciana de Queiroz (de Carvas, em Murça, e filha n. de António de Mena) e avós de Francisca Cabral que c. com Manuel de Azevedo, escrivão do público judicial e notas de Murça. Tiveram estes a António-Luís Cabral de Queiroz, fidalgo de cota de armas (c. de 17.8.1786 com as armas dos Cabrais, tendo por diferença uma brica azul com uma lua minguante de ouro), capitão das ordenanças de Murça, escrivão do público judicial e notas da mesma vila.
