L'imperatore Leopoldo, con diploma dato a Vienna il 2 aprile 1677 elevava alla nobiltà cavalleresca del S.R.I.* Giuseppe coi suoi legittimi discendenti e gli concedeva lo stemma sopradescritto. Il sottodescritto ottenne il riconoscimento dei titoli con D.P. 14 aprile 1927. Altro ramo. L'imperatore d'Austria Francesco Giuseppe con diploma dato a Vienna il 25 aprile 1899 conferiva il titolo di barone ai cavalieri Giuseppe e Massimiliano, trasmissibile ai loro discendenti e lo stemma sopradescritto. *Sacro Romano Impero, nome ufficialmente assunto dal ricostituito Impero Romano d'Occidente dopo la solenne incoronazione di Carlo Magno avvenuto in Roma (800). I titoli nobiliari del Sacro Romano Impero, secondo il massimario della Consulta Araldica sono stati conferiti a famiglie italiane, per antica tradizione, ed essi si considerano come titoli italiani.
