Di questa famiglia nè impresse un libro il Sacerdote don Giofesso Vassallo Dottor in Teologia nel 1639, per lo quale dona principio alla famiglia d'Alemagna, e da Guidone Miccichenio figlio di Standolfo cavaliero Teutonico, che venne in Sicilia nel reggimento del Rè Federico III, nel 1355, portando seco due figli Tomeo over Timoteo, ed Antonio, e si fermò nelle Città di Messina, e s'impiegò à serviggi del medesmo Rè. Tomeo habitò in Terranova, e dopo in Naro, ed hebbe del Rè Martino onze 40 di rendita nel 1392, sovra le Secretie della Città di Lalicata. Antonio l'altro fratello hebbe onze 60 di rendita ogn'anno sovra le Secretie di Palermo della Regina Maria nel 1380, e si morì senza figli. Da Tomeo nè nacque Giovanni, che s'impiegò a' serviggi militari del Rè Alfonzo, ed habitando in Sicli Terra del Contado di Modica, procreò Pietro, Antonio, Margarita, ed Elisabetta.
