Possedette il titolo di principe di Villadorata, il titolo di conte sul cognome, le baronie di Bonfalà, Capopassero, Gisira e Gisirotta di Pagano, Ogliostro, Pietre di S. Maria, Ricalcaccia, Spinagallo, Santamino o Patro, ecc. Un Pietro tenne la carica di tesoriere di Noto nel 1694-95 e forse egli stesso è quel Pietro, che, con privilegio del 25 agosto 1701, ottenne il titolo di barone del Pizzuto; un Corradino acquistò la baronia di Bonfalà da Maria Landolina e ne ebbe investitura a 20 febbraio 1702, acquistò da Rosalia Salonia il feudo Santamino e Patro e ne fu investito a 3 giugno 1715, fu primo barone in casa Nicolaci della baronia di Spinagallo e Ricalcaccia per investitura del 30 agosto 1717; un Ottavio Nicolaci e Bellia, di Corradino, fu investito di Santamino e
