Sono di orgine dalmata, passarono a Bergamo nel XIV secolo, poi presero stabile dimora in Ancona, dove si allearono ai Ferretti ed ereditarono il nome ed i beni dei Pironi. Gio. Antonio venne a Roma circa il 1400, vi pose Casa e lasciò successori, come appare dalla memorioa posta in S. Agostino. Questo Antonio, propagò la famiglia, lasiando tre figli, Marzio, Camillo ed Alessandro con Primogenitura grande per discendenti maschi, che toccò a Marzio curiosissimno di belle lettere, e morì senza figlioli, come anche Camillo; ma vive Alessandro, il quale è vecchio assai, e ha figli di due mogli. Rinnovò la memoria sepeolcrale. Ha la Casa nel Rione di Pigna. Altro ramo. Antica ed illustre famiglia originaria di Bergamo. Altre diramazioni dei Milesini sono diffusi più al Nord che al Sud. Pochissime famiglie esistono tuttora in provincia di Cosenza (Terranova di Sibari). Per quanto riguarda i Milesini che hanno raggiunto New York
