Familia española de antigua y noble tradición que se ha extendido a lo largo de los siglos en varios países europeos y regiones de Italia. Un Adán contrajo matrimonio en 1560 con una mujer noble cuyo nombre no conocemos, su hijo Antón, "Infanzón", obtuvo un padre Juan Valentín de Juan Francisco que se estableció en El Pozuelo en el territorio de Borja. donde contrajo matrimonio con doña Catalina Herrera originando la rama Millan Herrera. Sus hijos Francisco y Manuela Millan Herrera furorno confirmaron "Infanzón" el 17 de mayo de 1730. Previamente un Mosén Justo, logotete de la catedral de Saragoza, confirmó su "infanzonía" como descendiente del primer Adam
