Lorenzo, Antonio, Valentino e Giovanni Pietro, zii e Giorgio Ferdinando nipote, tutti della suddetta famiglia venivano elevati dall'imperatore di Germania Leopoldo con diploma 30 agosto 1666 al grado di nobili del S.R.I., col predicato di Mildenhaus, coi loro discendenti di ambo i sessi e concedeva loro l'uso dello stemma. I seguenti avendo dimostrato di discendere da Valentino uno dei concessionari del titolo, chiesero il riconoscimento. La famiglia ha chiesto la iscrizione nel Libro d'oro della Nobiltà Italiana e nell'Elenco Ufficiale Nobiliare Italiano col titolo di nobile del S.R.I. col predicato di Mildenhaus (mf.) in persona di Silvio, n. Gorizia 15 dicembre 1868, consigliere presso la corte di Appello, di Giuseppe, di Venceslao e di Caterina Juch, spos. Trieste 27 settembre 1899 con Adelina Dandini de Sylva, da cui: a) Antonio, n. Gorizia 30 aprile 1905; c) Filippo. n. Gorizia 11 febbraio 1909 (Trieste). Fratello di Silvio: Ruggero, n. Gorizia 6
