Antica e nobile famiglia originaria di Cavalese nel Trentino. Sigismondo Principe-vescovo di Trento, con diploma 18 Novembre 1676, creò nobile ereditario trentino Giovanni-Battista Miorini. Altro ramo familiare della medesima agnazione. Antica ed assai nobile famiglia della Dalmazia presente anche in Veneto con la forma cognominale Miorin. Fu confermata nobile il 26 aprile e il 14 settembre 1848.
