Famiglia Friulana. Già nobili di Svezia, si stabilirono nel Friuli ed aggiunsero, in progresso di tempo, il cognome di Mistruzzi, sicché alternativamente vennero chiamati Freysinger o Mistruzzi. Con diploma del 24 luglio 1587 l'Arciduca Carlo d'Austria, riconosciuta l'origine nobile della famiglia Freysinger, concesse a Mario di questa casa ed ai suoi consanguinei d'ambo i sessi un ampliamento dello stemma con dichiarazioni che tutti gli individui contemplati dal diploma ed i loro discendenti debbano considerarsi nobili dell'ordine equestre. La Repubblica Veneta, oltre ad aver riconosciuto a favore dei Mistruzzi Freysinger la predetta qualifica nobile, volle altresì che fosse eretto nel 1685 in contea il loro feudo di Andrat. Attuale rappresentante: Don Francesco Mistruzzi di Frisinga, Nobile del S. R. I., Principe di Pietrastornina, Conte di Brazzano, Marchese di Gricignano, nato a Tarvisio il 17 marzo 1922.

Trinciato d'oro e d'azzurro all'aquila dall'uno nell'altro linguata di rosso e coronata d'oro recante in petto uno scudo trinciato di rosso e d'azzurro, caricato di una croce latina, patente, attraversante colla estremità inferiore a tre punte, dalla quale si diparte a sinistra altra croce latina patente collocata in sbarra e fiancheggiata a destra da una croce di S. Antonio (T) posta in palo, il tutto d'argento. Cimiero: Un orso al naturale rivolto che regge una doppia croce d'oro caricato sul dorso di un sacco di rosso alla croce di S. Andrea (X) d'argento affibbiato ad un cingolo scaccato di quattro pezzi d'argento e di nero. Tenenti: Due guerrieri in armatura, con gli speroni d'oro, che reggono con la mano estesa una lancia al naturale e coricati in petto, quello di destra da una croce di rosso e quello di sinistra da una croce patente di nero bordata d'argento, posti sopra un ramo d'albero che è a destra di quercia ed a sinistra di lauro.
