Die Familie Como soll alten hispanischen Ursprungs sein und über die Jahrhunderte in verschiedenen Regionen Italiens verteilt sein, von denen das Maggiore Giovanni Antonio Hospital ein weiterer edler Stellvertreter war. Dann ging er nach Holland, wo er sich stark bereicherte. Pietro Antonio (1712-1803) erhielt am 22. Dezember 1768 mit einem Diplom das Lehen von Köln im Mailänder Raum, mit einem eleganten Titel und mit dem Adel, der in männlicher Linie für Männer und Frauen übertragbar ist. Am 15. März 1770 wurde die Familie in die Liste der Feudalherren aufgenommen und ihr Wappen im Kodex von Araldino di Lombardia festgelegt. Andere Pietro Antonio (Nr. 1800), die im Adel mit einer souveränen Resolution von 1828 anerkannt wurden, die der vorherigen abiatisch war, war Direktor der II.RR. Theater von Mailand und IR Scudiero. Seine Schwester Serafina (Dezember 1789) heiratete 1788 den Marquis Don Cesare Orsini aus Rom. Dieser Pietro Antonio war der Vater
