Antoca ed a assai nobile famiglia emiliana da Bologna propagata, nel corso dei secoli, in diverse regioni d'Italia. Altro ramo. Sono nobili dell'Umbria con titolo di Marchesi nella diocesi di Narni, pigliando la denominazione dal feudo che possiedono. Sarà circa 100 anni che hanno posta Casa in Roma nel rione della Regola. Hanno parentato con Cesi, con Pallavicini, con Papazzurri, con il Marescotti. Girolama Pallavicini fu moglie di Giovanni Battista, Marchese di Montori, e zia di Cassandra Guarnella mia moglie, morì di anni 71 di morte improvvisa, avendo per avanti testato a favore della S. Casa di Loreto, voleva modernare il testamento ma non potè per la morte improvvisa. Conobbi Mons.
