Alte und edle Pietrasanta Familie; das erste bekannte Individuum dieser Familie war ein Morrone von Deodato; dann im Jahre 1377 ein Giusfredo, aus dem ein anderer aromatischer Giusfredo geboren wurde, vor den älteren Menschen in den Jahren 1404 und 1429, Bürgermeister und Prokurator der Gemeinde im Jahre 1405. Nicola, sein Sohn, hatte 1431, 1441 und 1461 das gleiche Amt gewagte Partisanen der Regierung von Genua und einer der Führer der Rebellion gegen die Lucchesi im Jahre 1437, und im Jahre 1449 wurde er zum Kanzler der Gemeinde ernannt; Giusfredo, Doktor der Rechtswissenschaften, Sohn des Vorgängers, war 1479 zu Hause älter und 1475 Richter am Warengericht in Florenz.
