Um Biagio Mudò e Calì, com privilégio de 9 de julho de 1733, obteve o título de barão de Malroveto ou ocupou a posição de proconservador em Acireale em 1734; Vincenzo, era nobre acatapano na cidade em 1761-62 e talvez tenha sido ele mesmo o barão Vincenzo, que ocupou o cargo de capitão da justiça na cidade em 1786-87 e de jurado em 1799-1800. Não sabemos se aquele médico qualificado Alessandro pertencia a essa mesma família, não sabemos com que direito, barão, juiz criminal em Rametta em 1797-98, jurado em 1798-99 e capitão em 1800-1801. Na lista oficial definitiva da Sicília, o Sr. Cosmo Modò, Vincenzo, Biagio é registrado com o título de Barão de Malroveto.
