Famiglia di Sorgono in provincia di Nuoro le cui notizie risalgono al secolo XVII. Ottenne il cavalierato ereditario nel 1631 con un Salvatore i cui figli furono ammessi allo stamento militare nel 1643 durante il Parlamento Avellano. Furono presenti ai Parlamenti fino a quello del vicerè Monteleone nel 1688. Della famiglia non si ebbero più notizie dal secolo XVIII. L'Elmo della famiglia è il seguente: D'acciaio, chiuso, con pennacchi e lambrecchini di vari colori. Altro ramo. Dalla villa omonima in Val di Polcevera. Amico, console dei placiti, 1161; ambasciatore a Costantinopoli, 1157 e 68; Enrico console dei placiti, 1181; Gherardo id. 1204; Ido anziano, 1260; Giovanni doge, 1345; Nicolò anziano, 1396.
