It was said at first of the Bears, it was agnatizia of the Caccianemici and therefore of the lineage of the ancient Bears of Bologna, also called d'Alberto d'Orso, who boast a Gerardo son of Alberto d'Orso, hired at the Pontificate in the year 1144 with the name of Lucius II. The bearer of the bears was Orso, the grandson of a certain Gerardo, founder of the castle of Galliera in the 10th century. Precisely issued by an Alberto d'Orso, son of Giacobino and Imeldina da Roffano, lord of the villa of Cadaserta in 1300. Alberto's ancestor was Michele, of Nascinguerra, counted among the privileged nobles of the municipality of Bologna in 1240. Alberto and Giacomo, of Nascinguerra, were the archpriest and the other canon of the Pieve di Monte S. Giovanni who benefited with their wills of 1272 and 1282.
