Alte und sehr edle römische Familie, von klarer und angestammter Tugend, verbreitete sich im Laufe der Jahrhunderte in verschiedenen Regionen Italiens. Der klare Adel dieser Familie wird weiter durch ihre Präsenz im "Goldenen Buch des römischen Adels" bestätigt, das jetzt in den Kapitolinischen Archiven aufbewahrt wird. Die Familie Olivieri aus Rom stammt nach unseren Überlieferungen von der gleichnamigen Familie aus Pesaro ab. Es wurde tatsächlich mit dem römischen Bürgerrecht und dann mit diesem Adel in der Person von Dr. Pietro Antonio Olivieri, Sohn von Alessandro da Pesaro, im 16. Jahrhundert. Dann gibt es zahlreiche klare Charaktere, die es im Laufe der Jahrhunderte illustriert haben und sich alle in verschiedenen Wissensgebieten hervorgetan haben. Ohne den Wert der Auslassungen zu schmälern, erinnern wir uns an: Antonio Maria Olivieri, Lehrer der Theologie, Blütezeit 1570; Pietro Paolo Olivieri, Architekt und Bildhauer, Blütezeit 1580; Lodovico Olivieri, edler Legat des Papststaates, blühte 1608 auf; Tommaso Luigi
