Linaje de Navarra, originario del lugar de Ollacarizqueta (cuyo nombre tomó), del Concejo de Juslapeña y partido judicial de Pamplona. Su solar radicó en dicho pueblo y era una casa-torre de gran antigüedad. En 1618 compareció ante los Tribunales de Navarra doña Leonor de O., que poseía los Palacios de Olleta, y dijo que su padre, Miguel de O., había obtenido ejecutoria de hidalguía en 1574 como vencino de Pamplona e hijo del Licenciado Martín de O., descendiente de la casa-torre de Ollacarizqueta, Alcalde de Corte y Oidor del Consejo de Navarra, y de doña Leonor de Sarria, descendiente de la casa solar de Sarria, sita en el lugar de este nombre del Ayuntamiento de Puente la Reina, del partido de Pamplona, y pidió que dicha ejecutoria se asentase en los Libros Reales de la Cámara, lo que se mandó así. Un rama de esta apellido pasó a Vizcaya, donde entroncó con los Fuica.
