Familia antigua, llamada, originalmente Honorati, de origen lombardo y que reside en Iesi. Como se muestra en el Libro de Oro de la nobleza italiana, estaba decorado con los títulos de: Marqués (m) y Nobile di Iesi (mf). También fue agregado al patricio de Iesi en 1609, en la persona de Lorenzo, Bernardino, Giovanni, Bernardino. Del antiguo esplendor de la familia en los Estados de Milán, se hace mención en el diploma del rey Miguel de Polonia, otorgado en Varsovia el 31 de agosto de 1673, con el que fue conferido al patricio de Iesi Onorato Honorati, hijo de Andreano, conocido como Lorenzo, y Todos sus hijos y descendientes el título de Marqués del Águila Blanca. La familia también dio a luz a personalidades eminentes en letras, armas y en la iglesia, también decorada con el cardenal púrpura en 1776, en la persona de Bernardino (n. 1724 + 1807) que
