Antica famiglia di Cingoli che diede alla città illustri personaggi. Essa oggi è estinta nella discendenza maschile non rimanendo altro che due femmine: Orsola, nata a Cingoli il 29 settembre 1842 dal fu Giovanpietro Onori-Manuzi e sposata al nobile Francesco Mochi di Cagli il 26 aprile 1864, e Zelinda, nata a Cingoli il 7 aprile 1845 dal fu Alessandro e sposata al signor Gaetano Puccianti il 19 novembre 1868. La prima, quale discendente del ramo primogenito, per contratto nuziale impose al marito di aggiungere il cognome e lo stemma Onori, donde i Mochi-Onori. Nella famiglia onori si estinse la famiglia Manuzi che dette i celebri Aldo e Paolo, avendo Maria di Paolo sposato un Onori. L'imperatore Massimiliano II, oltre lo stemma, dette a tutti i Manuzi la nobiltà equestre trasmissibile anche per via femminina. La famiglia è iscritta nell'El. Uff. Nob. Ital. col titolo di Nobile di Cagli (mf.).

Partito: nel primo di argento cappato di azzurro a due crescenti affrontati di argento posti nei due contorni del secondo; e alla rosa rossa gambuta e fogliata di verde posta nel primo; il tutto abbassato sotto un capo d'oro caricato dell'aquila imperiale spiagata di nero (Onori); nel secondo di rosso all'ancora di argento in palo col delfino dello stesso attorcigliato intorno ad essa (Manuzi). Nota: si ritiene che il partito sia un errore di scrittura, come si può vedere nella grafica originale si tratta di un troncato.
