Tras la dispersión de las principales familias de Lombardía por las enemistades y guerras entre las facciones de los Guelphs y los Ghibellines, la familia Orti se mudó de Milán a Verona y en 1638 se agregaron las oficinas principales de juez, cónsul y conservador de las leyes, Pretor urbano, orador de la ciudad, etc. Los jardines estaban relacionados con las familias nobles, Lombardo, Manara, Moscardo, Spolverini, Verità y Zaccaria y hasta 1660 fueron admitidos a la Orden y rango de caballeros de Malta. Giovanni Girolamo, Baldassarre y Gaetano, de Girolamo, por terminación el 18 de julio de 1738 del magistrado veneciano del Provveditori por encima de los feudos, tuvo el reconocimiento del antiguo título de conde de Buscus y se inscribieron en el ALT Giovanni Girolamo di Agostino tuvo la confirmación de la nobleza con SRA 11 de marzo de 1820.
