De su matrimonio con Doña Leonor de O. nació Doña Francisca de O., que casó en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, con Gregorio de Trujillo Altamirano. De este enlace nacieron tres hijos, el primero de los cuales llamado García de Trujillo O. y Altamirano, continúa la línea. Conocido en su tiempo por García de O., fue Capitán de la Infantería española, Regidor perpetuo de Gran Canaria y Subteniente de Capitán de la Infantería española, Regidor perpetuo de Gran Canaria y Subteniente de Capitán General. Casó con Doña Isabel de Vergara Carvajal, por lo que sus descendientes han venido usando los apellidos de Trujillo O. de Vergara.
