Famiglia di Monza, anticamente chiamata de' Pagnoni. Da una genealogia severissimamente e ordinatamente documentata di generazione in generazione e ricostruita dal Prof. Cesare Manaresi, Direttore del R. Archivio di Stato in Milano, risulta che capostipite sino ad ora conosciuto è un Giorgio (Archivio Notarile di Milano per gli anni 1429-1530) vivente nel 1429 e che fu padre di due figli: Antonio, monzese, che risulta nel 1445 teste in un atto pre Cressino de Cambiago e possessore di sette pertiche di terra in Monza e morì tra l'8 gennaio e il 5 luglio 1466; Zanolo, che risulta defunto nel 1446. Dal predetto Antonio, tra gli altri figli, nacque Pietro, vivente nel 1453, padre di altro Giorgio, detto Pagnone, che risulta abitante con altri fratelli in S. Biagio di Monza il 22 gennaio 1479 e che morì prima del 1528. Da questi nacque un Matteo sempre abitante della borgata di S. Biagio
