Es hat diese Familie, die aus Rivarolo stammt, sehr alten Ursprungs und wir haben bereits im Jahrhundert Neuigkeiten darüber. XIV. Die Genealogie mit sicheren Verbindungen beginnt mit einem Peter, der Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts lebte. Es wurde in zwei Zeilen unterteilt: die erstgeborene der Grafen von Cesnola und die zweitgeborene der Grafen von Borgofranco. Letzterer, der für den Türrahmen Giovanni Aurelio von Gianfrancesco hatte, der der Urenkel des oben genannten Pietro war, ist heute ausgestorben. Mit Emanuele (Nr. 13. Februar 1740, 17. Dezember 1814), dem Sohn des Arztes und Magistrats Giuseppe Emanuele und Girolama Bianchi, übernahm er den ältesten Zweig des Adels. Er wurde am 10. November 1789 von Cesnola infundiert und am 19. März 1791 mit dem Comital-Titel ausgestattet. Er heiratete (1760) Irene Grassotti und seine Söhne Alerino und Maurizio waren seine. Alerino (Nr. Rivaloro, 21. Juli 1776, Dez. Griechenland, 5. Februar 1852) war Präsident des Gerichtshofs in Ivrea,
