Linaje de Mallorca. Su antiguo solar existe en el lugar de Estallenchs y una de sus ramas de estableció en Anraitx, villa del partido judicial de Palma. En los años de 1395 y 1437 era jurado de esa ciudad Vidal Palamer. Posteriormente, fue enviado a la corte en el nombre de los forenses para exponer a Su Majestad la razón que les obligaba a oponerse al pago de los nuevos impuestos. En 1508 desempeñaba en Palma el mismo cargo de jurado, Miguel P. Cuando numerosos turcos desembarcaron en el puerto de Andraitx, en 1578, fue Antonio P. uno de los proprietarios de aquella villa que pelearon con más valor contra los invasores. Hay otra familia P. italiana con distintas armas de las de Mallorca.
