Alte Familie und sehr berühmte sizilianische Familie, die in Palermo, Licata, Naro und Caltagirone Adel genoss und sich über die Jahrhunderte in verschiedenen Regionen Italiens ausbreitete. Ein Enrico aus Licata war ein Soldat unter König Pietro, und vielleicht war es er selbst, der Caro 1282 die Position des Henkers von Palermo innehatte. Ein Falco (oder Fulco), ein Soldat aus Naro, erhielt vom König Federico am 12.
