Diramazione della dinastia di Cosenza, come dal testamento del primo barone di Parabilta e di Soglino Domenico, conservato nel Proc. 1515-16 Pand. Nuova II del Regio Archivio di Stato di Napoli. Ebbe detto Domenico il possesso delle due terre di Parabita e di Sogliano con R. assenso 22 giugno 1669 registrato nel vol. 207 dei r. quinternioni, e l'intestazione di esse nei r. cedolari avvenne il 18 giugno 1700, come dal vol. 24 fol. 179 dei cedolari di Terra d'Otranto. Dalla moglie Elisabetta Landi di Cosenza, ebbe sei figliuoli: Violante, spos. ad Antonio Landi i Cosenza, Giacinto Antonio (deceduto 1713) sacerdote, Giovanni (deceduto 1768), Paolo ch fu barone di Sogliano (deceduto 1748), ed Anna sposata nel 1698 ad Alfonso Garofalo di Napoli il 17 ott. 1716 e fu sepolto nella chiesa di S. Domenico, secondo barone di Parabilta (dec. 1714) ebbe per figliuoli Casimiro e Giuseppe che fu
