Nel 1815 Ubrico ed Arnaldo d'Arsio furono dall'imperatore Federico I infeudati del castello d'Arsio da cui i loro discendenti presero il nome. Annibale fu capitano dell'Adige nel 1648, ed un Giorgio cavaliere teutonico nel 1675. Altri egregi uomini nella chiesa, nelle armi e nella toga vanta questa nobile famiglia, la quale à il titolo ereditario di gran cimabellano del principe-vescovo di Trento, è patrizia di questa città ed è fregiata del titolo di conte conferitole il 17 Agosto 1648. Un ramo di essa fiorisce ancora nella Silesia Austriaca. Tali sono i principii, che da sopracitati Autori si diedero a questa famiglia, ma per esser questo fatto assai remoto, e d'historia molto lontana, lasciamo perciò a più eruditi delle sacre antichità, e dell'historie l'investigarne il suo certo principio. Quel che però di certo habbiamo, è che la casata per la loro antichità, e splendore, e per virtù militare, carrichi così laicali,
