Pasolino, detto dall'Onda, viveva in Bologna circa l'anno 1200; nel 1232 fu console di Monte Padreno. Bartolo, di lui figlio, seguendo il costume dei tempi, prese li cognome del padre e dall'Onda furono detti i suoi discendenti. Questi fu capitano di Federico II nel 1241, ed a lui, ad Alessandro Ruggini, a Nerino Rasponi e a Pietro Zierletta fu affidata la custodia della città di Ravenna in nome dell'imperatore. Il di lui figlio, Teodosio, fu padre di Oderlaffo, seguace dei Lambertazzi e nel 1270 dovette fuggire da Bologna insieme ad altre famiglie ghibelline, stabilendo la sua dimora a Cotignola e a Granarola ove dominava la potente famiglia degli Attendoli. Questo Oderlaffo è chiamato nobilis vir in un rogito di Guido Novellino, notaio ravennate. Egli ebbe per figlio Pasolino, che fece testamento nel 1369 in favore di suo figlio Martino.
