Fino dal 1559 viveva a Roma Bernardus Passerus, marito di Flaminia Piccioni, morta nel 1558 e sepolta a San Lorenzo in Damaso. Flaminio fu conservatore di Roma nel 1607. I prelati di questa Casa dimorarono in Roma, ma la sede della famiglia era Fermo. I marchesi Francesco Saverio e Filippo, discendenti dal conservatore Flaminio, ottennero, con Senatus Consulto del 9 agosto 1775, la reintegra del patriziato romano. Francesco Saverio, divenne arcivescovo di Larissa e vice-gerente di Roma sotto Pio VII, Filippo fu cameriere d'onore di Pio VI. Erano figli di Francesco Federico, fu Giovan Francesco, fu Anna Maria Passari, unica figlia ed erede di Francesco, maresciallo del popolo romano per il rione di Trastevere e nipote di Flaminio, conservatore di Roma. I titoli di marchese di Fontebella e Castagneto, di patrizio romano, fermano e di Foligno, spettano oggi al marchese Andrea, nobile di Siena perchè nato venturi-Gallerani, erede della madre
