Margarida, figlia del Signore di Narbona, da cui fu nominato D. Sancho da P., il quale prese il nome per essere andato con suo padre alla guerra contro i re moreschi di Granada , Fez e Marocco, combattendo così coraggiosamente e ottenendo vittorie così grandi che hanno contribuito notevolmente a far sì che gli spagnoli avessero la pace di cui avevano bisogno. C'era D. Sancho da P., la signoria di Ledesma e molta generazione, che si diffuse in tutta Castiglia e León, facendosi sede soprattutto a Salamanca e Ciudad Rodrigo. Quelli di questo cognome devono essere passati nel nostro paese più di una volta, ma si sa che Luís Álvares de P, Comandante di Paradimas, nell'Ordine di Malta rapì D Franca Maldonado
