Família toscana muito antiga e nobre anteriormente conhecida como Accori, anteriormente Pazzi ou Pazzi degli Accorri. Em 1379 Simone di Accorro de 'Pazzi pediu o "beneficeum popularitatis", declarando que queria levar o patronímico "Accorri" como sobrenome e uma nova arma: "festa de vermelho e prata, para a crescente passagem de um para o outro, encimado no 1º pelo escudo do povo florentino». No arquivo da coleção "Ceramelli Papiani", o brasão do tipo 2 está presente apenas como extrato do Manuscrito 471.
