A família Oriunda de Castellar passou para Vinovo e Vercelli. Em 2 de julho de 1617, um irmão de Giorgio, advogado, foi reconhecido pelos irmãos como uma arma nobre para "conformar sua arma àquela usada pelas outras castas de Peleoni d'Italia e outras partes". Não se sabe o ataque genealógico deste Francesco com as condes de Persano, que reconhecem pelo capitão um capitão Francesco da Vinovo. Um de seu filho, Claudio, tinha o título de senhores de Parpaglia. Dele nasceu Tommaso Filippo, major-general e comandante de Vercelli. Ele comprou dos irmãos Sannazzaro um terço de Semiana e meio de Persano, e desses feudos ele foi investido com o nobre título em 14 de abril de 1755. Seu filho Carlo (falecido Vercelli, 15 de agosto de 1779), tendo comprado a outra metade de Persano, obteve a montagem do feudo do condado em 14 de dezembro de 1771. Pertencia a essa família
