Successivamente con Regio Assenso fu abilitato a succedere al titolo di conte di Luzzano e con Regio Decreto 5 aprile 1896 e Regie Lettere Patenti 26 novembre 1896 ottenne concessione di arma. Il 23 dicembre 1896, con Decreto Ministeriale fu riconosciuto nel titolo nobiliare. Motto della famiglia: Salvabitur. La famiglia alzò per arma. Di azzurro al pero fruttifero al naturale, con un falco di nero volante in atto di posarsi sopra. Altra famiglia di cui i membri della famiglia sono ricordati come Nobili di Luzzano. Motto della famiglia: Non sine fructu. Nel corso dei secoli famiglie omonime della stessa si trasferirono in varie regioni d'Italia, donde ne acquisirono la nobiltà e vi furono accolti
