Comino Peroni de Rovato est également inclus dans les listes des familles méritoires de Brescia, qui se sont distinguées en résistant au féroce siège du capitaine des Visconti en 1438. Il est également présent dans les estimations des années suivantes jusqu'en 1475, puis son fils Angelo apparaît, déjà mort en 1517l. De ceux-ci, la famille, qui sera ensuite admise au Conseil général de la noblesse de Brescia, continue avec son fils Marco-Antonio, père de Giovanni-Francesco et Ottavio.
