Zweig der Familie, der bereits den Nachnamen der Familie Clementini aus Orvieto hinzugefügt hatte. Francesco, Sohn von Emilio und Maria Virginia Febei, wurde 1775 von seinem Onkel mütterlicherseits, dem Kanoniker Antonio und dem Ritter Giuseppe, adoptiert. Er nahm den Nachnamen Febei an und wurde nach Orvieto verpflanzt.
