Firmin, capitaine, petit-fils de Nicolas, gouverneur et conseiller de la ville de Savone, en Italie, fut exempt de la contribution levée en Vivarais pour une partie de la dot d'Isabelle de France, mariée avec le roi d'Angleterre, à cause de sa grande noblesse et de ses services: il épousa, le 29 novembre 1395, Jeanne d'Enna. Georges Picon, écuyer, seigneur de la BAlme, conseiller du Roi et son maître d'hôtel ordinaire, commissaire général de ses troupes, maître des requêtes de la Reine, seigneur de Pousilhac, épousa, le 23 avril 1623, Alix de la Coste, et fut déclaré noble par arrêt du Conseil, du 3 juin 1668, avec ses enfants: Antoine-Hercule; 2° Gabriel. Cette maison donna un commissaire-général des troupes, maître des requêtes de la Reine; un conseiller du Roi en ses conseils d'Etat et rpivés; un pair de France, grand-maître et capitaine général de l'artillerie, gentilhomme servant chez le Roi en 1662.
