Vittorio Bacci casou-se com Maria Pasqualino, que, não sabemos ao certo, foi reconhecida em 1920 nos títulos de marquês de Marineo, conde de Capaci, barão de Chiusagrande. Para sucessão materna precoce, em 1921, o filho dos referidos cônjuges, Ruggero (com o sobrenome P.-Bacci), e tanto o referido Ruggero quanto seu irmão Guido foram autorizados a usar o título de conde de Capaci por Marineo, etc. O título de conde pertencia a essa família, um título que foi criado pelos imperadores para aqueles que estavam ao seu lado. Desses condes, aqueles que estavam destinados a supervisionar os escritórios do palácio real foram escolhidos, e outros foram enviados ao governo das províncias do império e para guardar as fronteiras. Havia outras contas, estranhas aos uffizi mencionados, como as atribuídas à Annona, para comércio; e também os supervisores do exército tinham esse título.
