Famiglia cividalese di origine bergamasca, di cui ci è noto come capostipite un Gianpaolo nel 1639 consigliere popolare e sindaco di Cividale. Un suo discendente di nome Raimondo fu aggregato bel 1744 a quel Consiglio nobile, e un Antonio Maria del 1773 al 1790 coprì varie volte la carica di provveditore. Raimondo Girolamo nato Cividale 1771, ebbe conferma di nobiltà con S. R. A. 5 maggio 1820, ma dei suoi discendenti nessuno chiese il riconoscimento. Questa famiglia, che aveva beni a Medeuzza e casa a Cividale in Borgo S. Pietro, è iscritta nell'Elenco Ufficiale Italiano col titolo di nobile avvocato Antonio nato a Medeuzza 20 luglio 1855, figlio di Nicolò e di Rosa Modonutti, commendatore della Corona d'Italia e primo podestà di Cividale, avvenuta ivi nel novembre 1928.
