Duchi di Civitella Alfedena dal 1715, signori di Rocca Intramonti e di Vulgano seu Schifara. Riconosciuta di antica nobiltà nelle prove di ammissione alle RR. Guardie del Corpo nel 1858. La famiglia è iscritta nell'Elenco Ufficiale Nobile Italiano coi titoli di duca di Civitella Alfedena (mpr.), nobile, predicato di Rocca Intramonti e di Vulgano o Schifara (maschi e femmine), in persona di: Giuseppe, nato a Napoli il 10 novembre 1886, figlio del fu duca don Augusto (nato 16 giugno 1849, defunto 4 maggio 1917), di Augusto e di Maria Beatrice Arnaould Carnigie (nato a Bombay 1861), sposato a Roma 25 gennaio 1817 donna Olimpia dei marchesi Muti-Bussi, pat. romana, nata a Roma 19 aprile
