In 1816 a Luigi, who owned goods in Sabina, obtained the title of Conte di Foglia from SS Pio VII. His son Pietro, who died in 1863, had married Princess Carlotta Bonaparte, who died in 191, from whom he had 2 children Giuseppe and Luigi, both deceased. The family is registered in the Official Italian Noble List of 1933, with the title of Conte di Foglia (first born male) in the person of Giuseppe, Pietro, Luigi, born in Rome May 2, 1851. Brother: Luigi (dead), born in Paris, February 12, 1858.
